Wine speak is that annoying combination of words that appear on wine reviews, sales materials, and wine labels... that nobody understands.But the fact is that communicating about one can be difficult. What most of us want to know about wine is what it tastes like and how each wine differs from another. Sadly, our standard vocabulary is not very strong in helping us describe tastes and smells... And that's where this strange wine speak comes from.
